Privacy Policy

Psychic Visions AI is operated by Artificial Heights LLC (“we,” “us”). This policy describes exactly what the Psychic Visions AI app collects, what it deliberately does not keep, and who else ever sees it. It covers the mobile app and this website.

1. What we collect

• Account details — your name, email address, and password. Your password is stored only as a salted cryptographic hash; we cannot read it and cannot recover it for you.
• Your birth profile — your birth date, and optionally your birth time and birth place if you choose to add them for a full chart. This is used to calculate your readings.
• Readings you save — the text of readings you choose to keep, stored against your account.
• Purchase entitlements — a record from Apple of what you have bought or subscribed to, so the app knows what to unlock. See section 5.
• Basic technical logs — request timestamps and IP addresses, kept short-term for security and abuse prevention.

2. Palm photographs are never stored

When you use the palm reader, your photograph is sent to our server, analysed in memory to produce your reading, and discarded immediately afterwards. It is never written to disk, never added to your reading history, never used to train any model, and never shared with anyone. Only the resulting written reading persists, and only if you save it.

The app requests camera access solely for this purpose. It does not access your photo library.

3. How we use your information

• To generate your personalised readings and charts
• To keep you signed in and restore your profile across devices
• To verify your email address when you register
• To unlock the readings, sessions, or membership you have purchased
• To protect the service against abuse

4. Who else sees your data

We keep this list deliberately short.

• Apple — handles all payments and tells us only whether a purchase is valid. See section 5.
• ElevenLabs — when a reading is narrated aloud in Erica’s voice, the text of that reading is sent to ElevenLabs to synthesise the audio. Your name and account details are not sent with it.
• Our email provider — delivers account verification messages to the address you registered.

Your readings are generated on our own servers. The text of your reading is not sent to any third-party AI provider to produce it.

5. Payments

All purchases are made through Apple’s In-App Purchase system. Your card number, billing address, and payment credentials go to Apple and are never transmitted to or stored by us. We receive only a confirmation of what was purchased and when it expires.

6. What we do not do

• We do not sell or rent your personal information.
• We do not use advertising SDKs, and we show no ads.
• We do not use third-party analytics or tracking SDKs in the app.
• We do not track you across other companies’ apps or websites.
• We do not use your readings or photographs to train AI models.

7. Storage and security

Your data is stored on servers we control, not on a third-party consumer database service. All traffic between the app and our servers is encrypted in transit using TLS. Access to stored data is restricted to the small number of people who operate the service.

No system is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise. If a breach ever affects your personal data, we will tell you.

8. Retention and deletion

We keep your account details and saved readings for as long as your account exists. You can ask us to delete your account and its data at any time by emailing [email protected], or through the account help link in the app. We will action the deletion within 30 days.

Signing out of the app clears your profile from that device; it does not delete your account.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete the personal data we hold about you, and to object to certain processing. Contact us at the address below and we will help. We will not treat you differently for exercising these rights.

10. Children

Psychic Visions AI is intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us their information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes affecting how we use your data will also be surfaced in the app.
