IMPORTANT: Psychic Visions AI is for entertainment and spiritual reflection only. Nothing in the app is a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice.

These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and Artificial Heights LLC (“we,” “us”), the operator of Psychic Visions AI (“the Service”). By using the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Entertainment only

All readings, horoscopes, tarot interpretations, palm scans, birth charts, and other content in the Service — whether generated by software or delivered by a person — are provided for entertainment and personal reflection. They are not, and must not be relied on as:

2. You must be 18 or over

The Service is for adults. By using it you confirm you are at least 18 years old.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has access to it. Provide accurate registration details — we use your email address to verify your account and to reach you about it.

4. Purchases

All purchases in the Service are processed by Apple through In-App Purchase. Prices are shown in the app in your local currency before you confirm, and payment is charged to your Apple Account.

4.1 Premium Membership (auto-renewing subscription)

Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the price stated above.

You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renew at any time in your Apple Account settings after purchase. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.

4.2 Single readings

Individual readings may be purchased one at a time. A single reading purchase unlocks one reading and does not renew.

4.3 Live one-on-one sessions with Erica Starr

The Service offers live one-on-one readings with Erica Starr, delivered by FaceTime or telephone at a time arranged with you. These are sold as individual purchases in 45-minute and 90-minute lengths and do not renew.

Purchasing a session buys the session itself. Choosing a preferred date and time window in the app is a request, not a confirmed booking: we will contact you to confirm the exact time before the session takes place. If we cannot agree a time with you, or a session cannot be delivered, you may request a refund as described below.

Sessions are conducted in English. Please be reachable at the number or Apple ID you give us at the agreed time; a session missed without reasonable notice may not be rescheduled.

4.4 Refunds

Because Apple processes all payments, refunds are handled by Apple under its own policies. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. If a live session could not be delivered, contact us as well and we will support your request with Apple.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use the Service to harass anyone, to break the law, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, or to resell or redistribute readings as your own. We may suspend accounts that do.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its text, graphics, logos, audio, and software, belongs to Artificial Heights LLC and is protected by copyright and other laws. The readings produced for you are yours to keep and use personally.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that readings are accurate, that the Service will be uninterrupted, or that it will meet your expectations.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Artificial Heights LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms or to comply with the law. If we end your access without cause while you hold an unused paid session, we will help you obtain a refund.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. Changes take effect when posted here with a new date, and material changes will be surfaced in the app. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated terms.
